Strange shaded lines in black ground plane

Hi,

I'm having a bit of an issue with my renders on black background at the moment. I'm getting these artifacts in my reflections or background. Looking kind of like circles of different shades of dark grey. As if shadows are not blending properly. I've been looking a bit everywhere as to find their origin but without knowing want they are called I seem to be hitting a bit of a dead end. Would anyone know what could do this? I'm using an Dome light HDRI. Please report to the picture attached to illustrate the issue, they are quite faint but there nevertheless.
