Unable to Start Vray at all due to license not connected

I have been having issues getting my license to work. It has been functioning well for several years and I have not changed machines in 2 years. I went to the license webpage and retyped in my username and password and it never connected. I then tried to go back to the dongle and it would not take that either. Any advice?
