using the Vray instancer in grasshopper and changing the rotation, it needs to stop and restart the rendering to see the result (is not interactive as the move and rotation node are)

I was't able to reproduce this with the official 4.20.02 release! All transformations refreshed IR automatically as expected.
Could you provide a sample scene for further investigation? -

After further testing, the issue is reproducible when the change in angle is in the range from 1-90 degrees and 270-359 degrees.
Please be informed that the dev team has been notified and the issue will be further investigated. As soon as there is any update, I will post back here!
