Today I try to render a view per parallel camera and got artefacts at reflections - the underlying polygons was particular visible. Finally I found it helps to enable "glossy fresnel".
At VfR5 this problem will not appear since: "Glossy Fresnel is now enabled for all materials and no longer available in the UI".
