No Option to download the V-Ray material library

Hi there,

This feels like such a noob question but I don't see an option to download the V-Ray (V5) material library when I select the Asset Editor (and open the left collapsible pane). Has it disappeared and has V-ray gone super-duper pro and we need to scavenge and produce our own materials in Covid hotspots or is it just an error? Is there a way to install it manually as I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing has happened.

It shouldn't have required any restarting.
Please let us know if you experience any similar issues in the future.

I encountered the same issue but restarting a few times did not solve the problem.
