When installing Vdenoise error message pops up

I did not know that we know need to install a denoiser separately from the overall install. when I try to install the denoiser a messaging stating that it is not found and I should reinstall it, which I have. Can anyone help me please ? Thank you

Hi francesca_ushindi,

The V-Ray Denoiser does not have to be installed separately.
The executable that you've tried starting is actually the standalone denoiser tool that comes with V-Ray.
It can be used for denoising already rendered vrimage files.

The fact that it shows an error on startup is a separate issue that we'll look into.
