My server is running on localhost, but Rhino keeps saying "Unable to acquire V-Ray for Rhino GUI License" when I attempt to render with Vray. But the licenses seem available, when I in Rhino navigate V-Ray -> Help -> License -> License Server... it opens up my license server on localhost, which should indicate that it has the correct url. Any idea how to fix?

Hi susanne_gronlund,
Which V-Ray version are you trying to run?
If it's V-Ray Next, V-Ray 5 or any of the following updates you'll not be able to use it with the license you have.
Your license is for V-Ray 3 and the most recent V-Ray version that you can run is V-Ray 3.60.03.

Hi konstantin_chaos
Thank you for your reply. I see now that the Vray version I have installed is version 5. My Rhino version is version 7. Your link was for Sketchup, but I managed to find Vray 3.6 for Rhino under downloads for Rhino 5: Vray 3.60.03 for Rhino
Cheers
