How to restart the material preview?

Hi,

after standby or something other (I can't repeat it, it's sometimes only) the material preview doesn't work anymore. Is there a way to manual restart the process in the background? I'm working on large project files and it need some time to close Rhino and reopen the project.

Dear Micha, hello.

What is printed in the V-Ray Log Window (Asset Editor > V-Ray Log > Filter Source: Assets Preview Renderer) ?
After closing V-Ray windows (VFB, Asset Editor, etc.) you could try V-Ray > Help > License > Release V-Ray License.
Then open again the Asset Editor and share is the preview showing or not.

The message in the Log is important, please start with it.
