  • Frame buffer issue - switch denoiser off->on cause recalculation

    Hi,

I tried to check the influence of the denoiser to the textures at the scene, but always if I disable->enable the eye button of the layer the denoiser starts again. For large images the slow down is quite long. This slow down could be avoided by keeping and taking the exist calculation.

Also annoying - moving the opacity slider of the denoiser layer cause a slow down by a calculation too. I would expect a real time update like known from Photoshop layers.

      Hello,

This happens only if you have one of the other post effects layers (Sharpen/Blur or Lens Effects) enabled and is necessary because they are applied to the result of the layers below them.

      Best regards,

        Hi yavor.rubenov,

I understand. In the past I switched per drop down menu between RGB and denoise and a recalculation wasn't needed in this case.Thank you for the info.
