  • Blank Render Buffer

    Hi,

I am going to render an image, But when starting the render, the render buffer is empty. Does anyone know how to deal with it? I attach an image.

    Thank you.

    Dear ziyao_zhang, hello.

I have answered today to your opened ticket in our system.
We have encountered this behaviour with some heavy scenes.
Please share the project as described per e-mail to investigate further and check what more could be done.

    Best regards,
    TS

      Hi ziyao_zhang,

Which V-Ray version are you using?
I do remember a similar issue but I think it was resolved with an update.

Additionally, do you use more than one monitor and have you changed your monitor setup recently?
Sometimes it happens that the VFB appears outside of the monitor bounds.
If that's the case you can try the following:
      1. Select the VFB from the Windows taskbar (even if you don't see it)
      2. Click Alt+Space
      3. Click M
      4. Click one of the arrow keys - Left - for example
      5. Move your mouse cursor until you see the VFB
There is a very slim chance that this is your current issue but it's still worth the try.

      Regards,
      Konstantin
