Vray Does not render in Rhino

Whenever I click the render button in Vray for Rhino 7 nothing happens. I've reinstalled Rhino, Vray, and Windows 10 and nothing fixes it.
What the hell is wrong with this plugin?

Are you sure that V-Ray is set as the current renderer?
