V-Ray function is crashing my Rhino

Hello,

i have an issue, when i use V-Ray, Rhino is crashing.
"Instability alert" (Full message attached to topic)

I contacted Rhino support and according to them, the problem is V-ray.

- If V-ray is checked: Error message occurs
- If V-ray is not checked: Rhino works perfectly they

Can you please help me ?

Since you are starting this thread at the V-Ray GPU section, are you experiencing this when using GPU?
Perhaps it will be more suitable to move it to the V-Ray for Rhino section, just confirm the details to speed up the process and we will help you.

i know nothing about V-Ray.
This issue occurs on the computer of one of our users.
I tried to reach V-Ray support by mail (vrayrhino+noreply@chaos.com), but I received the following message:

The only thing I know is that it’s V-Ray that causes Rhino to crash, the tests were done by Rhino support.

Please put me in touch with someone who can handle this problem.

Since this issue occurs on a computer of one of your users it will be better to provide all the needed information via e-mail, so you will be able to find us via our contact form.
Under Request type please choose Technical assistance starting the product.
