    Dear victorgregers_hagethomsen, hello.

Could you share where exactly is this image added?
Is there a chance that it is a Texture added to a V-Ray Dome Light, which is set as Invisible?
    Please see the example here.

    Waiting for your answer.

    Best regards,
    TS

        Okay, thanks, this was helpful.

This is a native Rhino functionality.
We could recommend using Background from V-Ray Frame Buffer, which sets the image in a way similar to your wanting, see here.
It could be easily changed even after a render is finished and is closer to a collage effect.

If you want to achieve also lighting contribution, you could add image to:Please take a look and choose what is most suitable for your workflow.

"Settings > Environment > Background and play around with options"

Nice feature of V-ray: set texture Type "Environment" and Mapping "Screen". This kind of setup works also for dome lights.

                Yes, thanks, Micha!
I will add changing the Shape to Sphere as a last step to your exact proposal if he wants to follow the wallpaper effect till the end.
