After installing latest update for VRay 5: Unable to acquire V-Ray for Rhino GUI License

I have just installed the latest update for Vray 5 (Rhino 7) and when I try to start VRay I get this error message: "Unable to acquire V-Ray for Rhino GUI License!"
I am logged in online (http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/) but none of our licenses (architectural office) is in use.



I have already restarted my computer.

Is there any way I can fix this?

Hello,

The latest V-Ray 5 update was released in March. Please confirm that you have installed the latest V-Ray 5 build from the following link:

https://download.chaos.com/downloads...and8-52006-adv

You cannot use V-Ray 6 builds with a V-Ray 5 license.

Are you sure you have installed V-Ray 5 and not V-Ray 6 for which you don't seem to have a license? This is the latest V-Ray 5:
