  • Please help with Enmesh

Here is a simple model that I tried to use with enmesh. I was not able to get the enmesh function to work at all. What are the requirements for the base object? Must it be a mesh? Can it be a nurbs surface? A solid of any kind? What are the requirements for the reference object? Must it be a mesh, or can it be a nurbs object. Here is the simple model I was playing with. There is a plane (base object) and the reference object, a Click image for larger version

I selected the plane and then did the enmesh function, after that I added the reference object but nothing ever happened.

What do I not understand please.'

    Kindly,

    Hello, Thomas,

Both the Base and the reference objects can be Nurbs or mesh surfaces. Please note than the Enmesh will only be visible in the Rendering, since it is created only at render time.
If the Enmesh is not visible in the rendering, I would like to ask you to send us the file, so we can take look.

    Kind regards,
    Iva
