I'm trying to render a material with a texture that has a partially transparent background. I've tried both checking the box "Diffuse Texture Alpha" and just creating an opacity map, but in both cases, the opacity map does not line up with the texture. It's not an issue with the texture. I've made textures like this a million times. Even in the material preview in the asset editor the maps don't line up. Any idea what's going on?
