Enscape assets not rendering in vray

I have placed enscape assets (trees) in rhino but when I render via Vray they are not visible.

Any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated.

I'm running vray 6 and rhino 7, all software up to date.

Hello ARCHITORTURED,
Currently to enable Enscape assets in V-Ray renderer you need to start Enscape once after placing the assets. Please see the Enscape Compatibility documentation for more details.
