Suddenly unable to use V-Ray 4/Next

There's 3 computers with Rhino 5 installed, all three of them were functioning properly using the latest possible V-Ray (Next update 2.2);
Suddenly one of them stopped being able to load the V-ray plugin.

I turned the plugin off using safe mode, Rhino itself is functioning normally
I tried opening it in the Visual Studio debugger, but I don't actually know how to read all that, all I could tell is that the windows kernel and vray aren't agreeing with eachother

Things I've tried so far that haven't helped:
-Reinstall Vray
-Reinstall Rhino
-Roll windows updates back to well before there was any problem
-sfc /scannow
-Copy everything I possibly can from the computers where it still works
