Light Gen not working - blank interface

Hi I just updated my vray for rhino 7, light gen is not working, I tried using sun&sky and hdr, neither works, when I click generate variations, I get a blank interface. Here is log:

It's a simple scene and the rendering works without light gen.

Please help!

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please share your current V-Ray version - a screenshot of the About V-Ray window will be sufficient.
Apart from that please test if Light Gen works in the new empty scene. If yes, most probably the issue is scene-related. As a workaround please try to Hide some or most of the geometry and open Light Gen again. Make sure to restart Rhino first.

Let me know if the suggested workaround works for this scene.
