'effectResults' - download fails

Rhino v8, Vray 6.20.05

All VFB image downloads set to include 'effectResults' FAIL. All downloads fail to include effectResults, whether they are jpeg, png, tiff or other; and fail whether it is a combine to a single file or download to multiple files.

I've not experienced this when using Rhino 7 and V-ray 5.

Any suggestions?

Can you list the exact steps you take that lead to the issue?
Are you rendering on the Chaos Cloud or locally?

Konstantin,

The steps are 1) render, 2) go to VFB, 3) implement an Display Correction, 4) set channel to RGB and export png or jpeg to single file, or, set channel to effectsResult and export png or jpeg to single file. If you would like to arrange a zoom, I'm available to do that.

Today, I was able to export an image including Display Corrections, but get the same image export whether channel is set to RGB or effectsResult.

It is my understanding that exporting the effectsResult channel is supposed to export the image include the Display Corrections. Is that correct?

I also pushed the Display Corrections to 3.0. The VFB displays the two over-exposed images (captured by phone camera), but the RGB color and effectsResult channel saves appear similar to the foregoing 2.0 corrections (not the image downloaded when Display Corrections is off).

I find this confusing.
