Updated latest vray and Nvidia Driver - crash

Hi, I updated latest vray to rhino and latest nvidia driver.(tried both studio and game ready)
If i render CPu ..it works..
But as soon i pick GPU Rhino/vray..start the render but in the "status nvidia driver" it crashes and closes vray and Rhino.

Should i revert Vray?

vray version ( 6.20.04)

Rhino version((8.7.24138.15431, 2024-05-17))

Nvidia driver( 555.85)

Hardware - Nvidia rtx 4090

went back to 6.20.03 and it works

Could you please try using the latest recommended NVIDIA driver for V-Ray GPU, which is currently 551.86 - https://www.chaos.com/vray-gpu with the latest V-Ray for Rhino 6.20.04 (https://download.chaos.com/?license_...270&product=47) and let me know if you are still experiencing issues?

yes it worked by reverting nvidia driver..still feel its a bit unstable..especially Vray Gpu Interactive render etc..had a few crashes already..Will let you know if it persist, and if i revert to previous vray.

The new drivers are problematic 555.85, please stick to the recommended drivers for now

I have the same problem : Rhino crashes when launching a GPU render.

Hardware : RTX 4060 Ti
Drivers tested : 556.12 / 555.99
Vray : 6.20.04
Rhino : 7 SR37

What is weird is that it works on another computer with the same software but different hardware (RTX 3090).

What drivers should I install ?

I used their 551.86 nvidia driver . But decided to back to .03 vray as it seems more stable than 04
