chaos cosmos browser offline mode to online mode error

Hi

Right now im struggling with chaos cosmos browser. I can't connect to online mode nevertheless I'm using house wifi.

I downloaded the latest version of vray for students yesterday and also registered a license through license server.

Nevertheless, when I ran cosmos browser on rhino, I could't download assets at all.

I captured the part of the screen where the problem occurred and sent it.

It's really urgent. I'd appreciate your quick and accurate help.

The development team is notified about your issue but they need additional information to identify the cause for your issue.
It would be helpful if you can share the Cosmos Browser log file.
