To Scene Crash

When I click "To Scene" on the light Mix, Rhino crashes.
I'm using V-Ray for 7 for Rhino.
I have Emissive separated on the light mix
scene is almost 800 MB

I'm not able to reproduce this issue.
Can you share the project or a simplified version that we can use for debugging?
