GPU and antialiasing filters

I tried today if antialiasing filters like catmull rom are supported in GPU mode to get some more sharpness, but it doesn't work. It would be handy if the unsupported modes were not selectable in GPU mode.

... same for firefly removal - would be nice if it was only selectable when available. At the moment you can't be sure if it works in GPU mode.

Thank you for the feedback!
Currently only Lanczos, Area and Box Antialiasing Filter Types are supported for V-Ray GPU. Firefly Removal option is currently only supported for V-Ray CPU with Bucket sampler.
We will consider graying out the unsupported options for V-Ray GPU and will update the info in the documentation.
