3DSMAX TO Rhino Vray Scene exporter Problem

I've a problem about .vrayscene exporter to rhino vray scene import. When I import, the surfaces are missing and the materials are not coming.
I tried it on many different files and the result is the same.how can i solve this problem . Thanks

Hello melike_par,
Please check how your model looks on render in Rhino - do geometry and materials render correctly?
Note that contrary to 3ds max in Rhino only simplified proxy preview is available. See my example in the attachment.
