New hotfix 3 kills the license server > will not work

Hotfix 03 does not allow me to assign V-Ray as the renderer. When I go to the localhost license server, I get this message 'No licenses available'

When I revert back to hotfix 02 everything is fine.

Everything else on my system is up to date : Rhino 8, Windows 11, video card, etc. I am running the latest License server 6.2.0 · Build 487871
