They didn't say in the readme it was fixed, so it's normal the issue is still there

Non glossy fresnell reflections work fine for me.

I mean - if you unchecked fresnell and glossy still non 1.0 - reflections don't render at all!

Try a grey reflection color instead of white, then reflections show up a little bit. But there's definatly something wrong with it!
