Beta9: Center Bias has no effect ?

I have tried values from 0 to -20, but there is no noticable change... is it hooked up yet ? .... am I doing something wrong ?

Good question. The online help dosn't show any info about the useable value range. Could be good, if the info could be finded there. (Upps, my english )
