uninstall VRay

when i try to uninstall Vray from the add remove icon in con.panel i receive this error : Error loading
c:\proga~\common~1\instal~1\profes~1\runtime\11\in tel32\ctor.dll
The specified module cound not be found
it shows that vray is uninstall but you still can see it in current installed progaram in the add and remove window

check this bug out please

interesting...ok, I'll see if I can track this down. Could you provide me with your system information? I suppose just which operating system you are using. Also, which version were you uninstalling? 13 or 12.1? Thanks

windwos xp sp2
amd athlon xp 2400 2.00Ghz 608 MB RAMS
vray ver 12 and 13

Do you have administrative rights for the machine your attempting to uninstall on? I have not been able to reproduce this problem so far.

yes i have the admin rights and i even try to install and uninstall again and its still showing the same thing.

i will send some snap shot or a movie
