rhino4 is crashing when i try to open vray

I am getting a consistent crash of rhino4 and matrix5.4 when I try to turn the trail version of vray!! I have 26 days left, when I go to turn vray as my current renderer, I get the “enter code or use trial version” window, when I try to select the trial version option, everything crashes!!! It did this 5 times in a row, i have not been able to use it since.
I also tried starting vray from the rhino menu (with out matrix)... same problem!!
We already bought a copy of the software from gemvision, but it takes a long time to get to central america, and clear customs!! help!!

When does this crash happen? When you open Rhino or when you switch renderers? Or when you try to render? Gemvision would be able to tell you more about Matrix problems - but if its V-Ray I'm sure we can figure something out too.

he gets the crash when vray initializes. it's happening in both matrix and just rhino 4

i told him to post here, because that was something i couldnt seem to resolve.

Contact support@asgvis.com and we'll open up the lines of communication to try and figure out what the issue is. I spoke briefly with Travis via AIM trying to get more info, but if you could do the same we can try to figure this out together. Thanks.
