why i can't use HDRI maps

WHEN i choose a "HDRI" to "GI" & "background".why only can display a black picture,it's nothing change then i click the "update".please,i beg somebody can tell me why?

I'm not sure what you mean, but you can download a file here

there you find a file with a HDRI setup (Rhino 4). Maybe you forget to change the texture from "texture" to "environment". Or the intensity is to low?

Also remember that you need global illumination enabled if you want to get lighting from the HDRI maps.

the matter is,my VFR.v4 was demo.
now i have bought one.it done!
