    Hi,

    if I send a bug report, I get an automatic confirmation email with a number. Some times, I ask me, did I send a bug report for a bug or not. I found no way to get the information, what bugs I have reported in the last weeks. It could be helpful, if at the subject or the text of the confirmation email the name of the bug report would shown. Best would be, if the confirmation could contain the full bug report text.

    Micha- I can see the potential confusion here, thanks for the feedback. We are not able to customize the support ticket system very much, but we can make some minor tweaks. The automated response should contain a link that will let you see the ticket you submitted, which contains the full text of your support ticket. In addition, I have just added the message subject line to the auto response email, as you requested. Hopefully this will make the bug reporting process a little more streamlined.
