Need help / suggestion

Hi

I have an octocore with 8 gigs of RAM and Windows XP_64
It used to work just fine for 5 months. i could make as many renderings as
I wanted

I had to take my computer to maintenance and everything has been reformated
and all my software had to be reinstalled

Everything seems to weork fine iwth my other application but for some reason
I have my computer freeze completely when I m rendering with Vray

It does all of it s prepasses whithout any problems but when it s time to
render it works the first render sometimes but after that it always freezes
my computer. I have to make a complete shut down and restart.
All my applications are up to date

I uninstalled and reinstalled many times Rhino and Vray for Rhino

Rhino is installed in myprogram files ( X86) instead of my other folder program
files same goes for Vray

But like I said in the past it worked like a charme

What should I do ?

PS: I m just rerendering a scene I managed to render over and over in the
past therefore it s not an issue with polygons.
