Vray Render problem

I have rendered this model in Vray for Rhino, as you can see the surfaces apear with black lines, as if there is a mesh there. But there is no mesh, just simple curve networks etc.

Please note, when I render in the Rhino standard render, the surfaces appear normal.

When I copy to another Rhino instance, I get the same thing.

Please could someone explain this, and has anyone had the same problem?
