Region render interruption bug

Hi,

I'm finding that with Vray 1.5 and Rhino 5.0 64-bit, when I region render, and clicking on the render window or Rhino window will result in interrupting the render. Rather irritating.

I'm noticing that in the Rhino command window it says 'Press Enter when done:' which it didn't say in past versions. It's as though it is waiting for a command, which might have something to do with the interruption.

Any ideas???

i'm not getting that behavior at all. do you get this if you use the render window in the frame buffer instead? the teapot button? it's way better to use it for region render anyway since it doesn't shift around (you know exactly where the render will be)

Ok, tried the teapot and it seems to be ok.

Only happens when you right click the R icon to do region render.(as it used to be in vray 1).....can you replicate that one?

No, I tried both and had no issues. I vaguely recall seeing something like this when 1.5 was in beta, maybe. Could it be your file? If you try it with a clean file is there still a problem?

I set up a new scene and region render and click on various parts of the screen to show the behaviour. even clicking the window sliders on the render window causes it to stop.

I have the exact same problem,for a long time now,since I am on Rhino 5,it has always been like that.

I managed to reproduce that - I am going to report it in our database and I'll inform you when there is a fix about it.

It's an old bug and may still be there if you didn't update your toolbar or if the newer versions of V-Ray don't overwrite the old toolbar.
It's just that a space and Enter (" Enter") are missing in the button script.
