I found the reason for the blocked rhino file - the XMLDRSpawner.exe is using it. Today I used incremental save and tried to delete the previous Rhino file and got the message, that the XMLDRSpawner.exe is using the file. Kill the process at the task manger helps.

PS: Info for the community - it seems to be a nightly beta build problem only.

Yes Micha I had noticed that,but for me even killing the process did not helped me.
I don't have that problem anymore,it did not happen again.
