Anybody to share Polycarbonate material ?

It seems I'm failing somewhere doing this mat trying to recreate it as vray material. I have the old version downloaded from chaosgroup website but doesn't work properly with current vray.
In case someone had to deal with it, would be great to share it. (the transparent version with stripes)
