Missing permissions to modify directory

Can anyone tell my why there is a "padlock" in the materials list in the V-Ray Asset Editor?

Hello,

The padlocks on material directories means that you can not modify those directories since they are part of the default installation. You still will have full access to materials, which can be added to materials list or applied directly from the context menu by right clicking on the material.
