Output of denoiser result in V-Ray 3.6 + Bongo 2.0
Kindly note that this has been resolved in V-Ray Next for Rhino.
However, when rendering animation frames with V-Ray Denoiser, flickering will occur once they are stitched together. To overcome this, the V-Ray Standalone Denoiser tool needs to be used (https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VNFR/Denoiser+Tool).
When adjusting the render settings, you could enable V-Ray Denoiser and set the Mode to Only Render Elements, which will generate the necessary channels to later denoise the animation frames. Please note that the output of the Bongo animation needs to be either EXR or VRIMG format. Once a rendered frame is loaded in the V-Ray Denoiser tool, it will automatically recognize that the image is part of an animation and load all the remaining frames. For denoising animation frames, the Blend Frames parameter is crucial for overcoming flickering.
