Material Blur

HI everyone, I'm currently doing a section render and getting a really strange material blur in one part of it. Has anyone seen this before or knows what it might be?

The issue could be related to camera clipping or overlapping surfaces.

Could you please send the project to support@chaosgroup.com for further investigation? If this is alright, please send us an archived copy (V-Ray > Pack Project) via email or a file-sharing service of your choice.

Thank you that would be great, I checked for overlapping surfaces and changed the clipping plane settings to intersect rather than subtract to see if it's any better but no luck
