How can I clip the sun light?

Can I clip the sun light with Clippingplane, and keep the window sun light?

Oh, I see, this function is cpu only.....! that right?

The control to omit light through section cuts also works for V-Ray GPU (both CUDA and RTX).
Can you please advise what V-Ray for Rhino version you use?

I am using Rhino 6 sr27 and Vray 4.2.002 and 4.2.003, thank you!

You should have no trouble using this functionality with V-Ray GPU.
If you are not able to achieve the desired result, please check the render log for warnings or errors.
