Hi,
I needed to render a mechanical mechanism and the biggest area of the frame doesn't change. So, I render it one time an defined a render region at the frame buffer. Now I started to render the whole animation, but the region was removed and the whole image was rendered again. A lot of additional time is needed. But I found that I can press the Bongo "pause" button after the first frame is rendered and if I define the region now, than it is kept for all further frames. In my case the render time per frame is 8s instead 40s.
