rendering subd directly from grasshopper

Hello,
it seems here that is not possible rendering the subd objects directly from grasshopper. I'm doing something wrong or it is an actual limitation? thanks, Roy

Hi Roy,

It should be possible to use SubD from Mesh or vice-versa in GH and render it out with V-Ray, see attached (very) simple example.
Can you share what you're trying to achieve to see if there are any issues just in case? Thanks!

now it works perfectly. I was missing the conversion from Subd to meshes before rendering,
