Hi there, i am looking for a VRay material bundle package for Rhino 7, it has to be a premium/high quality bundle, does anyone know of a site where i can buy this?

Have you checked the Chaos Scans library? We've a decent collection of various pre-scanned materials ready to be applied to 3D visualizations in Rhino.
