cant find recourses as per YouTube channel

Hello, I've recently upgraded from V-ray 2.0 to the current V-ray for rhino and I have to say a lot has changed and I'm really struggling with the new interface. to get to grip with things I'm trying to follow the YouTube on the Chaos website tutorials available online but I'm having serious issues. firstly is the fact my UI looks much more detailed than that shown online but the most difficult part is the the files that they say in the video are available below are no where to be seen!

I cant find these find these demo reference files so I'm unable to follow the tutorials. please tell me where I can find them and why my UI looks more complicated than that online and if I can change or if the UI in the video is simply older?

We are aware that our tutorials are a bit outdated but we are in the process of creating new ones for V-Ray 5, so stay tuned. Meanwhile, you are free to use our Courseware scenes, which can be found here: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/V3FR/V-Ray+Next
They should open and render fine in V-Ray 5.

The Courseware tutorials in the same channel are also a good starting point (even though there are UI differences and additional features in V-Ray 5).
