Firewall

At our company we use a professional firewall. What ports are used by Vray and have to opened to download updated materials and access the Cosmos library.?

Exceptions in the firewall are made during the installation automatically.
Are you getting an error message on your side when you try to download a Cosmos asset or something else abnormal?

It’s a hardware firewall and I think a proxy the ports and connections must be allowed by our IT. I can’t update the materials and login in Chaos Comos
