what's with the gothic font for the settings tabs? is that intended? yuck!

build 9 tab fonts

wxWidgets allows for generic font selection. I chose a "Decorative" font. So I guess it just happened to pick that font on your machine, and Corey also made a complaint to me about it. On my machine it isn't gothic, on others machines its something else. So I guess we'll change that to be something less likely to be ugly on different machines. I apologize if anyone else's tabs are an ugly font
