How to undo environment texture?

I assigned an hdri as my GI environment. Now I want to go back to plain white. How do I make the "M" back into an "m"? In other words, choose no image as environment?

Also, it takes a long time to access files when assigning that environment. It takes about 10 seconds just to open up the window. I'm on a network. This might be some sort of search bug.

Use the "Clear" button at the texture dialog.
