Hi. These chairs rendered with a strange stripe, oddly in the same location on both. Does anyone know what is happening?

    Thanks,
    Garrett

Are this objects meshes? Did you tested the chairs with the Rhino renderer? I would test, is it the problem realy Vray for Rhino or something other?

It could be an issue with the mapping? I would have to see the scene to be sure. There are some mapping issues resolved in the most recent development builds, so it could be resolved there.

What kind of objects are they? surfaces / polysrf / mesh?

They are meshes with no textures.

        Thanks,

Meshes without textures - try to render a single chair per rhino renderer. Is it fine?

I won't be able to get to it for a while, but I'll add this. I reduced the reflection (somewhat shiny leather). And also the rectangle light from the skylight was not invisible. Now the stripe is less aparent but still there.

sure your mesh is ok? Flipped normals or coplanar faces maybe?
