    Hi,

Are we going to see physical the Vray sky being enabled in this release of vray for Rhino ?

RC3 is essentially the last public release candidate. The remainder of releases will be private and solely to test any UI fixes / bugfixes. No more features are being added at this time.

      Hi Joe,

      Thank for the response.

      A couple more questions:
-What would be the upgrade schedule for Vray3Rhino ? In other words ... what would be the next time we will have to spend $795 ? (V2.0 ?)

-Since we are in feature freeze mode ... this means that any new features will only be in V2.0 ? (so no future service release will contain new things ?)

I don't know the pricing plan of any future major releases. Most likely there will be upgrades so you won't have to pay full price for each additional major release. However, this is just speculation because it will depend largely on the amount of features added - the complexity of adding them - etc.

We are in a feature freeze between RC3 and the actual release of V-Ray for Rhino 1.0. There are currently no planned service releases that will add new features at this time. Future development will depend on commercial response to our product.

Sorry if I'm not being detailed enough on the future goals of V-Ray for Rhino - but there just isn't much written in stone now.
